Q: What kind of computer software do I need to access my statement?
A: Your E-Statements and inserts will be in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the statement and inserts. If you do not have Acrobat Reader loaded on your computer it can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.
Q: Does my Internet connection affect the time it takes to download my statement?
A: Yes. If you access the Internet via a dial-up or phone line connection, you can expect your download time to take longer depending upon the file size and the amount of “traffic” on your internet service provider’s access points.
Q: How do I view my statement?
A: You will receive an e-mail each month advising you that your E-Statement and informational inserts are attached.
- From the e-mail message, click on the Home Banking24 URL Address.
- Input your Logon ID (Account Number) and click OK
- Input your Security Code (Password) and click on Sign In.
- Click on the Self Service tab and then "estatements" under the Additional Services option.
- Once the month desired is selected, simply open it by clicking on the appropriate statement icon.
(We recommend that you create a statement folder on your hard drive so that when you click on "save it to disk", you save it in that folder. This way over time you will establish a library of past statements for reference.)
Q: Is my account information protected from others viewing it?
A: Your account information is protected with the latest encryption technology and security features.
Q: How much does the credit union's E-Statement program cost?
A: There is No Charge to you for the E-Statement program.
Q: What if I “lose” my E-Statement. Can I get a paper copy of my statement?
A: You may request a paper copy of your statement at any time in accordance with the credit union's fee schedule.
Q: How do I notify the Credit Union of my new e-mail address?
A: You may contact the Credit Union through our Contact Us page.
Q: When should I expect to receive my E-statement each month?
A: Your E-Statement will usually be available to you on the 2nd or 3rd business day of the new month.
Q: What if I no longer want to receive my statement electronically?
A: You can switch back to a paper statement at any time. Be aware that Share Draft accounts are issued by paper statements monthly and all others are issued on a quarterly basis; refer to our current fee schedule for any fees that may apply to paper statements. Another thing to keep in mind is that Home Banking is available to E-Statement participants only. Contact the credit union to request discontinuance of electronic statements.
Q: What if I have more than one Account Number? Can I sign up to receive an E-Statement for all my accounts?
A: Yes. You will need to complete an enrollment form for each of your Account Numbers. You may have all your statements go to the same e-mail address.
Q: Can a joint member sign up for E-Statements?
A: For privacy reasons, only the primary member can sign up for E-Statements.
